CENSBase includes the entire Census 2000 Special EEO File and calculates labor force headcounts in four steps. The Census 2000 Special EEO File is the primary benchmark for comparing racial, ethnic, and gender composition of a Federal Contractor's workforce, within a specific geography and job category with the analogous external labor market. CENSBase is easy to use and will improve the reliability and efficiency of Census Labor Force calculations and analysis.
