Workshops
Gerstco offers a variety of workshops to support the basic and continuing education needs of AAP Professionals. Our workshops are designed for federal contractors or sub-contractors. In our introductory workshop "How to Build and Implement an Affirmative Action Program", attendees are not required to have prior experience or training in EEO policy or Affirmative Action Programs (AAP).
Workshops are two or three days in length. Day one and Day two are focused on instruction. Day three is an optional lab where you will begin to use what you have learned such as developing your Company's AAP. Workshops are held in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA) or at customer facilities.
