Workshops

Gerstco offers a variety of workshops to support the basic and continuing education needs of AAP Professionals. Workshops are designed for federal contractors and attendees are not required to have prior experience or training in EEO policy or Affirmative Action Programs (AAP).

The introductory workshop "Building a Compliant Affirmative Action Program", is a two-day hands-on workshop designed to review the basic Affirmative Action requirements for federal contractors, address company policies necessary for compliance and provide attendees with experience in implementing technically-compliant Affirmative Action Programs. Workshops are two days in length and held in Silicon Valley (Cupertino, California) or at customer facilities.
