Software Training

Our Software Training Program is designed to flexibly respond to the specific training needs of each customer. AAPBase contains sophisticated yet very clear reporting tools that can achieve economies when the user is fully aware of the features and functionalities available.

Training courses are designed to ensure hands-on experience and software proficiency at the end of the class. Gerstco recommends software training for all licensed users of its software products prior to installation.

Whenever possible, attendees are trained using their own company's workforce data. This provides a real-world environment, which can be expanded to include a deliverable target of the affirmative action reporting for one of the customer's AAP sites. Training is offered via web conference, at Gerstco's facility located in Cupertino, CA or on-site.
