Who qualifies?

If your company has done business with Gerstco in the past year, either by engaging our consulting services or by purchasing our software, you qualify for free membership to Customer Connection. If you think you may qualify but aren't sure, email Gerstco Customer support or call 800-700-0937 to find out. You can still register now by selecting "Not Sure" in the dropdown -providing the ID saves you time by pre-filling out much of the registration form for you.

Gerstco Customer Connection subscriber?

Your company is a Gerstco Customer Connection subscriber if you have registered and received subscription confirmation. Along with confirmation you will have received a company ID that will allow you to log into the Customer Connection web site. If you aren't sure whether your company is registered, email Gerstco Customer support or call 800-700-0937 to find out and to get your company ID.

I don't know my Company ID

The primary contact at your company will have your company ID. If you don't know who the primary contact is, or if you are the first person to register, email Gerstco Customer Support or call 800-700-0937 to get your company ID. You can still register now, without your company ID--providing the ID saves you time by pre-filling out much of the registration form for you.
