Functional Affirmative Action Plans
On March 21, 2002, the OFCCP authorized the Functional AAP Directive, a direct result of the December 2000 regulatory changes. The Directive outlines procedures Federal contractors must use to request OFCCP approval to develop Affirmative Action Programs (AAPs) along business or functional lines.
